Dear WWCA Friends,

We would like to invite you to our online fundraising event on Saturday 20th March at 7.30pm. One of our regular musician volunteers, Nij, will be playing instrumental guitar songs and some popular songs to accompany your evening to help us raise funds. You are welcome to get a glass of wine, cup of tea or whatever you fancy and enjoy the evening with us.

Ticket contributions are set at £3.50 per screen and if you wish to make a donation this can be added on top of the ticket price. We kept the ticket price intentionally low so that everyone can join us, and the additional donation is optional.

Ever wondered what it is you see in the sky? How is actually Aurora Borealis created? Is Moon made of cheese? Join us for this fascinating talk by Richard Westwood:

Join Roger Kattenhorn from WRAP and make this fab rocket launcher from everyday items.

American Cartoons

Join us and Richard Westwood to learn about the golden age of American cartoons. Discover Tex Avery, Hanna-Barbera, Disney and their cartoon characters. On Zoom, Wednesday 27th January at 2pm. Please email/call us if you would like to join this session.

Check out our 6-month Creative Power plan under the Forthcoming tab.

You can book any month now and we will send you a reminder.

Here is our February project:

Love History? Love local history? Love good story telling?

Join Roger Kattenhorn, who will talk about Watford's Epidemic Time in 1877,

on Wednesday 13th January, starting at 2pm on Zoom.

Roger's talks are very well researched, engaging and very popular. FREE to attend.

Please email us to obtain the link.

This talk is possible thanks to National Lottery Community Fund and is a part of our project to share knowledge, skills, culture and interests.
